RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIRES UNBOXING VIDEO (MANDATORY)
To claim a return or refund, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
Without valid unboxing video proof, no return, refund, or replacement request will be accepted.

At MK Collections, we take great care to ensure that every saree meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
- Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product by providing an image or video as proof.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging for eligibility.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers are not eligible for return.
- Slight color or texture variations caused by photography or lighting are not considered defects, as each saree is handcrafted.
3. Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the process.
- The customer is responsible for safely shipping the item back to our address unless the defect was from our end.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- If the product is unavailable for replacement, we will issue a full refund.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
